Dear North Families,
I want to thank each of you for reading with your child every night or providing reading opportunities for them. We want to keep the focus on practice and progress. Please make sure to check out the resource link shared by our district. The information can be found on our school webpage, the district webpage, our school Facebook page, and the district Facebook page. Take a look at the Patriot Challenge as well.
In the rst two days of feeding children via the drive-through food program, we have been able to provide 218 meals and feel this has been a great success! Thank you, Ms. Sherry, Ms. Donna, and Ms. Gladys for preparing the lunches and distributing them with a smile! We love our students and are so proud to have fed this many children in our rst two days! If you have not been able to stop by yet, please try to come by between 11:00 and 12:00 in the days to come.
Information regarding the Washington D.C. trip for our middle school students is forthcoming. Mrs. Larue-Garrett is working closely with the company for a resolution during this time of closures nationwide. As this progresses, she will be in contact with the families involved.
Additionally, Mrs. Miller and I attempted to contact parents regarding student medication that is kept at school for student use during the school year. However, we were unable to make contact with everyone. If you need to pick up your child's medication to use at home during this closure, please send me an email. I will be happy to meet you in order to get this medication to you.
Feel free to reach out to us with questions or concerns via school email. We will try our very best to help you! Keep in mind we will be out of the oce during the school closure, and will not be answering the school phone. Once again, thank you all!
Stay strong and healthy!

Your kiddos may need a little help with these depending on their grade level. Have fun with it!
